1. I think The main character of this story is phoenix Jackson : an old black woman, she is poor, humorous, brave, disoriented, and seems to be pitiful person. I like the character in this story. As an aging black woman he want that African and Americans and must conquer these unjust obstacles in order to complete the path to racial equality.
